Revision Policy

• You must agree with all of our terms and conditions before placing an order with us.
• It is mandatory for all students to present us with complete unabridged information regarding the details and instructions of their orders. We will not be held responsible for any discrepancies.
• Students can claim for unlimited free revisions, if we unable to deliver their order in accordance with their set of instructions at the time of the placement of the order.
• When a revision is in process, no extra or additional work shall be entertained, which was not mentioned during the placement of the original order.
• Charges will be included for all extra and additional work depending upon its level of urgency, nature of work and pertaining word count.
• Revisions for orders having a word count 250 to 5,000 words can be claimed within 15 days of delivery. After expiry of this initial 15 days, all revisions will be charged.
• Revisions for orders having a word count of 5,000 words or above can be claimed within 30 days of delivery. After expiry of this initial 30 days, all revisions will be charged.
• We shall not administer any revision on holidays and Sundays.
• Students shall receive their revision within 8 to 12 hours for orders having a deadline of 24 hours, after the request has been placed.
• Students shall receive their revision within 24 hours for orders having a deadline of 48 hours or more, after the request has been placed.
• For orders having a word count of 5,000 to 9,750 words, at least 3 days will be required for revision.
• For orders having a word count of 10,000 words or above, at least 5 days will be required for revision.
