  1. If the quality of our content for a client’s work is not satisfactory, then a claim for refund can be filed and sent to our customer representatives.
  2. We will assign your work to a new writer to deliver you order on time and complete it successfully.
  3. In a situation where the case remains unresolved, then you can request for a complete refund for the following scenarios:
    1. When you are accidentally charged twice for the same order through your credit card, we will be held responsible for returning the undue amount without any delay.
